CANCELLATION POLICY

 

A 50% deposit is requiered to make a reservation.
Full payment of reservation is requiered when less than 10 days of arrival date.
For Christmas and New Year season (22nd December until 5th of January) we requiere 100% of the reservation.
 

Cancellation fees: 


With more than 30 days before arrival date, the equivalent of night night charge.
With 30 days or less from arrival date, 100% of the deposit.
No refunds for early departures or cancellations once checked in.
Christmas and New Year reservations (22nd December until 5th of January) have no refunds at any time.

 

All rates are based on double occupancy.    

We accept guests only if older than 18 years of age.
